The Forever Fish

Washing the walls.
The furniture is missing.
The place is bare.

It seems so fresh.

A new filter in place.
More clean water.
Is the algae gone???

My tank, INVADED..

What do I see ?

Not a person, a fish, or a bed bug..

OH NO IT'S ALGAE.

What is a fish do ?

I swim and I swim,
Around the tank on a whim.
 
As I gracefully glide,
   every once in a while,
I bump into the side.
 
CRASH, SMASH  I didn't break the Glass ---
GOOD.
 

          It's getting warmer,
          I just know...
               The suns shining thru the window, the tanks aglow.
          It's getting warmer,
          I can tell...
               It keeps the water quite comfortable as well.
          It's getting time to spring clean,
          It does seem...
               Doing a good job?
          I'm swimming,  just end the blog.
 
 

Music is playing.
The people are saying.....
THE HOLIDAYS ARE HERE.
They are looking at me.....
 
I see them too.   Thru the glass.
Some big, some small, some look tall.
Pointing at me, so many compliments.
I'll take a swim. Can't see me grin.
 

Algae, algae everywhere.
Wherever I look, it's there.
Brown green, you know what I mean.
Help me get this tank clean.

I'm back,  I lost track, Time just got away.
Day swam into day, Time just got away.
Night was without light,  Time just got away.
A moment became monumental, Time just got away.
Without a care, it's almost a year, Time just got away.
For fishes sake I took a real long break.
Time just got away ! 
 
 

It's '09,  It's about  time.
I must be tidy, so I could rest at nighty.
I messed up the tank:
  uprooted the fake plant,
  moved all the thermometers,
  and toppled the bridge, that's what I did.
Need help to be neat. 
I have fins, not hands or feet.
 

It was good year, of which I can't compare.
The new one will be great, what surprises await.
